Sound healing is an ancient art, and women were the practitioners. Pulse and rhythm, transform and heal us, and connect us to the Priestess, the Goddess, and the primordial Mother. I work with individuals and groups interested in salvaging and nourishing these connections for support through life transitions.

I was a headstrong wild child until violent abuse visited when I was 7. What followed was a four decade shamanic initiation that included navigating an abusive long-term relationship and a secret thirty year journey with anorexia.
Instead of taking me out, my trauma took me inward on an extraordinary quest of soul discovery, leading me to remembHer my remarkable, visionary, courageous Self.
The years of therapeutic, evidence backed training I'd acquired, couldn't save me. To recovHer, my masculine intellect and feminine mystic had to marry. Only then, in balanced alignment, could I re-inhabit my wild soul, and offer my full contribution to the world.
